McDonald's in Amberg

I once again ordered by Lieferando and it was 2 hours late for the third time. According to Lieferando, the delivery time was 35 minutes. After 1 hour I tried to call, but nobody answered. After the food arrived after two hours, it was totally cold and something was missing again for which I had paid. Unfortunately the same thing over and over again.

1. Wrong drink (Fanta instead of Cola) 2. Dip with the nuggets was missing. 3. Sour cream instead of majo with the fries 4. More salad on the burger than meat Just close the shop !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

McDonald's Amberg has to get better: I don't actually write any negative reviews and if there is something to complain about, I always look for the direct route in a conversation. That only brings nothing in the Mc Amberg. 1.) Due to the corona, we always buy in the app and then also pay in the app = contactless. In 5 out of 10 cases, either the system does not work or the employees have no idea how the system works. As a result, we have to order everything again, which means that it takes forever (also for the following cars) and then we have to pay again by card or cash. The problem was raised several times, the shift manager Ms. R. is very nice and can always solve it somehow, but the employees alone without shift manager seem overwhelmed. In my opinion, the employees should be trained better. The problem doesn't get any better either. Doesn't seem to really interest anyone. 2) What is really annoying and seems totally unprofessional is the fact that you can easily assume 70% of every order that the order is incomplete. Either a burger or fries or something else is missing. Result: stop in the parking lot, go in, complain, discuss, show receipt, receive goods, go out and drive home after 10 minutes. Of course, the rest of the food is then cold ... Great! 3) Quality and appearance of the food. How some of the burgers are clapped together is really amazing. A bit more quality would be nice. After all, as is well known, the eye also eats. 4) Friendliness of the staff. Some are really nice, but some really don't make a good impression. No hello, no thanks, not a nice day. But well, I don't need it if everything else fits. Basically, I'm someone who is really very tolerant and I know that people work at McDonalds Amberg and can make mistakes. Only so often and so roughly that it should be worked on. It's a shame that the things are so delicious ...

What can I say, once again not everything in the bag that should be in and was paid for! For the 5th time in a row something is missing from my order ... I would say good run 💪

I didn't want to give a star to such an unfriendly staff. Have ordered something there now and then and something was always missing. If you go in and say what is missing, you are only reprimanded and nobody feels responsible. If you want to speak to the boss because that has happened quite often now, you will only be dismissed and you will get what was ordered, which was still not missing, but you paid for it. At the mcdrive well what can you say they always don't understand you when you order something and half of it is always missing. We won't get anything to eat there.

Unfortunately overburdened I bought 4 mc chicken and got 1 mc chicken, 2 mc rip and 1 cheeseburger

Mashalla gave a tip of 3 euros and then didn't even get a bit of white what I ordered. Well then stop somewhere else next time. Not even towels and 2 wrong dishes

We had to wait longer than average and things were forgotten several times, such as burgers, fries or the glass with the McMenu. Unmotivated staff.

There were five to eat there and at least one burger was forgotten with every order. When we pointed out our things to the waitress, she just said stubbornly: "Get up and get it yourself." Well ... were actually only there for the sake of interest because we wanted to know how McD implements the corona regulations. The food is awful as always, but if you want to have a decent meal, you don't go here. Service modest. And as far as the Corona regulations are concerned: I have no idea how to proceed with the slip of paper that you get at the entrance. Left it on the tray. We gave the tray to a randomly wandering force. I don't know what she did with it. We couldn't find a return vehicle in a hurry. It may be that this is part of the hygiene concept. If so, it has to be communicated. A table next to us would be occupied twice in a row. Nothing was cleaned in between. In short: there is no longer any sign of the system. Every backyard pub has that better under control.

Unplanned behavior in Corona times ... either there is no staff at the entrance to hand out the address slips and table numbers, or the completed slips of paper with the personal data are carelessly left by the staff. There is only 2 stars for friendliness, which is much better in MANY other McD restaurants.

Seldom experienced such bad service in a McDonald's. Unfriendly staff and you wait a good 30 minutes even though there were only 3 other guests in the restaurant. One can no longer speak of fast food.

Easy

The drive-through line was super long, it was extremely narrow and messed up my car, the sandwich I bought didn’t come with egg (it was a bacon & egg sandwich), the crispy chicken sandwich I bought was absolutely saturated with mayonnaise and made a huge mess, the fries were soggy and tasted extremely disappointing. I can’t think of one thing that we bought that went right, except that they gave us napkins and one packet of ketchup. Never, ever coming back here again.

Modern McDonalds, like most, is now equipped with the ordered terminal. Modern and clean

If you like McDonalds - you won't be disappointed here! The food is good and the service quick. The place itself is always one of the first places where a new look of the shop is tested and so this McDonalds becomes very inviting. There are enough parking spaces and so there is not much to complain about - only the cleanliness of the tables and the surrounding area could be better on days with high traffic!

I went inside to order. Upon receiving my order I drove home to find out that there were 2 items missing. I called and explained the lady what had happened and she told me that it is my job to check if everything is in the bag. I told her, no, I paid for a service and I expect my order to be complete when you call my number. She started yelling at me and told that I was wrong. Very disrespectful

German McDonald's is much better than an American McDonald's. We love this place and have always had speedy service. If only they had hashbrowns!

There are always so many flies. Flies are so annoying. I hate myself for having to eat in such an environment. Also annoying is that the meals are too often missing something. My bad experience: Burger with no beef, bacon burger with no bacon, happy meals without toys.

This is by far the worst mcdonalds restaurant ive ever witnessed. Flies everywhere, the food was served cold, the bacon on my burger had the size of a firematch, the fries were saltless.. Shame on you.

This is by far the dirtiest McDonald's I've experienced in Germany thus far. But this place used to be clean and enjoyable not too long ago. Now everything is dirty and there are hundreds of flies everywhere... Dead and alive. One managed to land inside my coffee before i had any of it and when I requested for a new cup, the Barista said it wasn't her fault! Really?! I can understand that, but then management must do something about it! See my pics. It's an infestation! I wonder what the good inspectors would say about it!
